How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Many items are shipped within a day or two, however, some items are special ordered and may take 7 - 14 days to arrive. 


Can I call in my order instead of ordering over the internet?
Yes, please call 704 236 5161 between the hours of 9 am - 8 pm Monday - Sunday.

 

 

Can I pay with a check or fax in my order?

Would you send me a catalog?
Sorry, we do not have a mail order catalog at this time.  The web site is our catalog.

 

 

Can you ship my order Overnight or 2nd Day?
We offer Priority and Standard shipping. Please see "How long does it take to receive my order" above.

Is your site secure?
Tropic Treasure Store, Inc. goes to great lengths to provide our shoppers with maximum internet security.  Our web site is secured with SSL ("Secure Socket Layer") which means any information you type in to our web site is encrypted so no one else can see it.  While checking out, you will see a little yellow lock pictured at the bottom right hand corner of your screen - this is evidence of the SSL.

Please note: you will not see the little yellow lock at the bottom right hand corner of the screen UNTIL you are actually checking out.  While you are browsing the site there is no need for security (encryption).  Once you have added all your items to your shopping cart, you will click on a button that says, "Secure Check-Out".  At that time, you will be brought to a secure page where you can type in your information.

Additionally, no credit card information is recorded on our web server or transmitted to us via email.  Therefore, we have no credit card information stored in our office computers.  

We have never had a breach in web site security.

What are your policies on returns and cancellations?
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us and we will give you a full refund if your order has not already been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

To cancel a "Mail In Check or Money Order" invoice, simply don't send in the payment.  Checks/Money Order invoices are filed until payment is received.
   
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 days of receiving it and we will refund your money minus the cost of shipping (some exceptions apply - our Custom Metal Artwork & Triple Tier Pilings - see below). The item or items must be returned to  us within 21 days of customer receipt of order. Please email us before returning the merchandise so we can issue a Return Authorization Number and give you instructions.  We cannot reimburse for the original shipping charges or the shipping cost to send an order back to us. There is a 15% restocking fee.

*Refund for our Metal Artwork can only be given if the item arrives damaged
*Triple Tier Pilings - customer is responsible for return shipping cost & there is a 25% restocking fee. We can not refund the original shipping charge

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive an item that is damaged, email us within 3 business days and we will replace it with the identical product at no charge.
